From the South:

A1 (M) North, then A168, onto A19, then A689 into Hartlepool, following signs for the Town Centre.  At Stockton Street/Park Road traffic lights, turn left onto Park Road.

From the North: 

A19, then A179 into Hartlepool, following the signs for the Town Centre/Hartlepool Marina.  From Marina Way go straight ahead at double traffic lights, onto Stockton street.  At Stockton Street/Park Road traffic lights, turn right onto Park Road.

The Arches is on the left just before Park Road/York Road traffic lights, public car-parking is located at the rear of The Arches and can be accessed by turning left at Park Road/York Road traffic lights and taking the first left junction after the Nat West bank.
