Hartlepool NDC has produced a strategy, which sets out the mechanisms and processes by which the benefits and improvements that have been made in the NDC Area during the lifetime of the NDC Programme will be sustained in the longer term.

The Succession Strategy has been approved and endorsed by the NDC Steering Group Committee, and by key partners including The Hartlepool Partnership and Hartlepool Borough Council.
