Martin assists the Programme Director with the management of the whole programme and deputises for him in his absence. In particular he is responsible for managing and supporting the staff who work on the delivery of the projects in the Health, Community Development, Children and Young People and Employment theme areas and he also over see the evaluation and monitoring and finance teams.

Carol supports
the NDC accountant by providing a project based financial
support role. Carol also has overall responsibility for office
management and health and safety. |

Brian manages
the Housing Environment Theme, provides links to "Hartlepool
Revival", the local housing regeneration company and
oversees the work of the Administration Team.

Clare is one of two Neighbourhood Managers covering the NDC area. She also manages the projects within the Crime and Community Safety Theme.

Claire is responsible for the financial support to the NDC Partnership. This includes monitoring the financial output and progress of NDC projects and the programme as a whole, along side working closely with the Accountable Body and the Government Office for the North East to provide information to satisfy their requirements.

Carol is responsible for ensuring the effective involvement of residents in all aspects of the Neighbourhood Management and the New Deal for Communities Programme.
Carol co-ordinates and delivers support for residents associations and other voluntary and community groups operating within the NDC area.

Tara works closely with the Community Development Manager in order to develop and deliver a programme of co-ordinated support to residents associations and other voluntary and community groups operating in the New Deal for Communities area.

Christine provides PA/Secretarial support to the Programme Director and administrative support to the NDC Partnership; she also deputises for the Office Manager.

Julie provides
administrative support to the ‘Target Hardening Project’
(making people’s homes more secure). Julie is also responsible for maintaining the Community Safety Offices Premises and I.T.

Michelle monitors the projects against approved output and finance targets. She also carries out research and evaluations of project within the Hartlepool New Deal for Communities Programme. Michelle also assists with the quarterly monitoring returns for the programme.

Ian manages the evaluation project. He is responsible for the evaluation of NDC projects, themes, and the NDC programme as a whole. Ian also oversees project monitoring systems.

Jill is responsible for a number of NDC projects including the Education and Training Grant, Voluntary Sector Premises Pool, Community Transport, Sponsorship of Hartlepool United Football Club and Resident Steering Group members laptop scheme.
