Malcolm provides overall programme management, Partnership development and support.

Martin assists the Programme Director with the management of the whole programme and deputises for him in his absence. In particular he is responsible for managing and supporting the staff who work on the delivery of the projects in the Health, Community Development, Children and Young People and Employment theme areas and he also over see the evaluation and monitoring and finance teams.

Carol supports the NDC accountant by providing a project based financial support role. Carol also has overall responsibility for office management, health and safety and monitoring verification.

Sue is responsible for the financial support to the NDC Partnership. This includes monitoring the financial output and progress of NDC projects and the programme as a whole, along side working closely with the Accountable Body and the Government Office for the North East to provide information to satisfy their requirements.

Ashleigh provides a full range of administrative, secretarial and clerical duties, while acting as the Partnership’s crucial first point of contact for visitors and callers.

Ian manages the evaluation project. He is responsible for the evaluation of NDC projects, themes, and the NDC programme as a whole. Ian also oversees project monitoring systems.

Sian supports, develops and leads the work of the Hartlepool NDC Trust, creating a sustainable, creative and forward looking Trust that will be a key player in the ongoing regeneration of central Hartlepool.

Mike manages, develops and promotes the work of the Opening Doors Construction Training Project. He manages the construction work of training supervisors and trainees.
